Baby Herbal Bath

Each Box contains 5 packets.

Ingredients:

• 艾叶 Chinese Mugwort 

• 荆芥 Herba Schizonepetae

• 薄荷 Peppermint 

• 紫苏叶 Perilla
  

• 金银花 Honeysuckle

Instructions:

Place the herbal pack into a pot of water and bring it to a boil for 15-20 minutes.
Next, pour the prepared herbal solution into the baby bath tub. Add lukewarm water to achieve a temperature between 38-42°C.
Gently place the baby into the tub for a soothing bath. Optimal bathing time is 20-30 minutes per session.

将草药包放入锅中加水，煮15-20分钟
然后将煮好的药水倒入浴桶。
往装好药水的浴桶中加入温水。
水温调节在38-42°C之间。
将宝宝放入浴桶中进行泡浴。
