Ingredients:
- 地骨皮 (Chinese Wolfberry Root-bark)
- 桑白皮 (White Mulberry Root-bark)
- 茯苓皮 (Poria Peel)
- 生姜皮 (Ginger Peel)
- 生地 (Rehmannia Root)
- 地肤子 (Belvedere Fruit)
- 连翘 (Forsythia Suspensa)
- 牛蒡子 (Burdock Root)
- 赤芍 (Red Paeony Root)
- 夏枯草 (Prunella Vulgaris)
- 蝉脱 (Cicada Skin)
- 白蒺藜 (Tribulus Terrestris)
食用方法 Cooking method:
Cook ingredients with 1000ml of water alone or place soup ingredients and meat (vegetarians can use mushroom instead) into a pot.
Add 1.5l of water and bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 90mins. Can add a little salt for seasoning.
用1000ml 水单煮或把所有原料和肉类(素食者可用菇类代替)放入锅。加入1.5l 水,大火煮沸后,小火煮90分钟即可加盐调味食用.
